Two                          Sweetcorn cobs

5 tbsp                      Butter, softened

1 tbsp                      Miso paste

Pinch of                  Ground Black Pepper


Pre heat your oven to 180C. Bring a pan of water to the boil. Peel the husk away from the corn and place in the pan of water. Boil for around 3 mins, then take out and drain. Leave to cool slightly, then place on a baking tray. Mix the butter, miso and pepper together in a bowl. Spread 3/4 of the butter mixture on the cobs and roast for around 15mins. Take out of the oven and then before serving, spoon the rest of the butter mixture over the cobs. Make sure you lick your fingers!
