Gift a Medium Veg Box

How our gift vouchers work

If you are an existing customer and would like to gift a box:

• Add the gift voucher to your basket.
• Email us at [email protected], and we will send you a PDF voucher with instructions on how to redeem it.

If you are a new customer and would like to gift a box:

• Visit our homepage and create an account by clicking on the small person icon on the right-hand side of the screen.
• If you have any issues adding your postcode, please get in touch and we can help.
• Add the gift voucher to your basket.
• Email us at [email protected], and we will send you a PDF voucher with redemption instructions.

Redeeming your voucher

If you are an existing customer and have received a gifted box:

• Add the gifted box to your basket for the date you’d like it delivered (e.g., if you were gifted a Small Veg Box, select that item).
• Email us at[email protected] so we can activate your voucher.
• Please include your name and the voucher type (Fruit Box, Large Veg Box, Medium Veg Box, Small Veg Box).

If you are a new customer and have received a gifted box:

• Visit our homepage and create an account by clicking on the small person icon on the right-hand side of the screen.
• If you have any issues adding your postcode, please get in touch.
• Once your account is set up, contact us so we can activate your voucher and add the gifted box to your basket.

Delivery

• We can deliver gifted boxes within our delivery areas—please see details here.
• If you are outside our delivery area, you are welcome to pick up your box from the farm. Please contact us to arrange this.

Terms

• Gift vouchers can only be used to redeem the veg or fruit box stated on the voucher.
• They cannot be used to purchase other items.
• Gift vouchers are valid for 18 month from their issue date.
