Apple Juice

Oakwood farm is our trusted provider of seasonal, local apples. They also make exceptional juice from the fruit that doesn’t meet their ‘eater’ grade. It’s the cloudy kind made in a traditional press with wooden boards and loosely woven cloths and is only flash-pasteurised to preserve nutrients and of course taste! They produce some ‘single origin’ and some blends and we think each is as worthy of tasting notes as a bottle of red or white and equally can turn an ordinary event into a special occasion, or make sure the underage or teetotal amongst us don’t feel hard done by. 
Use it to enrich your cooking, try it mulled in the winter or freeze with other fruit to make nonsense-free ice lollies in the summer.
