


Organic whole black 'Beluga' lentils
Whole lentils with deep black skin but golden inside, these hold their shape well when cooked and have a delicate texture and aromatic flavour .
Grown by the Desforgues brothers on their family farm in the fertile land between the Seine and the Loire.
No need to soak, simply place in a pan of water or stock, bring to the boil and simmer for 15-20 minutes until soft.
