


Organic Apricots
It’s worth forgoing some of these vibrant, sun kissed orbs in the summer to be able to smugly dust off a jar of jam in deep winter, but doing so will require quite some willpower. Brought from France and Spain for a few joyous weeks, if you have your fill of them from the fruit bowl (doubtful), a glistening tart will be a sight to behold and soon demolished whether you use ready-roll pastry or not.
