


Organic Lemons
Lemons would definitely be included in our desert island survival kit if we could only take a handful of ingredients, and not just because they’d keep the scurvy at bay. From houmous to lemon drizzle cake, from homemade lemonade to over well-sugared pancakes, they lift dishes in the way only they can. Like the rest of our citrus, our lemons are always unwaxed so you can zest away to your heart’s content.
Try roasting them in half and squeezing the juice for a dressing that will make almost anything moreish or make your own preserved lemons (all you need is salt and a jar!) for Middle Eastern recipes.
