


Organic Kiwi fruit
Do you peel and slice them or cut the tops off and scoop out the insides with a spoon?
Kiwi skin is actually full of prebiotics (which the probiotics, or ‘good’ bacteria, in our gut need to survive). As our kiwis are obviously organic there’s nothing to stop you eating that too, if you can get accustomed to the slight furriness!
Packed with more vitamin c than citrus fruits, kiwis are one of the only fruits that are green when fully ripe. Try using the juice in a homemade lemonade or sorbet, or turning into a salsa with onion, coriander, avocado, chilli and lime to accompany a Mexican spread.
Our kiwis come from Spain and Italy during the European growing season, then Argentina and New Zealand, but never by air.
