Organic Kumquat
There’s such a thing as having a sweet tooth, but what about a ‘sour tooth’?
Kumquats aren’t for everyone but their skins are the sweetest part and are nice and thin meaning they can be consumed whole (like all our citrus they’re unwaxed). Try slicing them and adding them to salads, or, if you're a marmalade lover they make a mean compote. Interestingly, unlike oranges, kumquats can withstand temperatures of −10 °C so they could become more prevalent in the UK if we get a taste for them.
