Bunched Carrots

We don’t grow main-crop carrots, but in the early spring when stored carrots are running out or turning bad we love being able to offer bunches of the sweetest early kind from inside our polytunnels and glasshouses. We keep the tops on to show just how fresh they are and you can use these greens in soups or to make pesto. We never discard our veg for being wonky so you might be the lucky recipient of some veg which looks like it has legs…
