Yellow Pepper

Green, yellow, orange and red bell peppers are all picked from the same plants, just at different stages of ripeness. This traffic light gradient also relates to their sweetness, with green being the most bitter. We usually supply our peppers red, as that’s when they’re most popular, but these are still lovely and sweet, especially when roasted, and don’t dishes always look better with a range of colours?
