These stunning looking fungi are touted for their flavour and texture. Pairing perfectly with lemon, butter and garlic, and just a touch of salt. They also work wonderfully with a teriyaki sauce, fried in steaks, mouthwateringly scrumptious. Pan fry, or chargrill to bring out the full potential of the Lion's Mane.
