Lunchbox Peppers

As their name suggests these red, orange and yellow peppers make a very portable snack and are sweet enough to feel more like an after school pick me up treat than a vegetable, though they are also wonderful roasted and with stuffed cream cheese. We grow them in our glasshouses so that, fingers crossed and depending on frost, we’re still harvesting them into November!
