Native Whitby Brown Oyster Mushrooms from Billington Mushrooms
These stunning mushrooms have been grown on rye grain, fresh oak wood shavings and soy hull pellets. Their delectable flavour can be described as delicate and slightly nutty with a deep fuller texture.
You can bring out the best in the beautiful fungi but gently sautéing in plenty of butter or stir-frying. Pairing perfectly with the usual suspects, such as garlic, soy sauce, onions or soft herbs.
