Passion Fruit

Passion fruit innards do look undeniably alien but they are remarkably fragrant and can imbue a whole vat of fruit salad with their perfume if scooped out and muddled through. It’s rare to find any which are certified organic so we snap them up when we can, always aiming to bring you as much variety as possible whilst sticking to our principles. It’s hardly revolutionary to suggest dressing your yoghurt with them, or using them to stop a white chocolate cheesecake becoming cloyingly sweet, but for any vegans or vegan-caterers who might think those two ideas are achievable sans-dairy, yet assume pavlova is off the cards, we can confirm meringue is possible using ‘aqua faba’ (the liquid from tinned chickpeas!) Any aspiring bartenders will also know paired with vanilla and lime they could make even petrol very drinkable indeed!
