


Organic Walnuts in their shells
Crack ‘em open and inside you’ll find perhaps the most versatile of nuts. Yes, they may closely resemble tiny brains, but what else works so well both in baking (from brownies to coffee and walnut cake) and in salads? They pair wonderfully with beetroot and we love a rocket and walnut pesto out of basil season. Around Christmas we can’t do without them for stuffings and savoury toppings either, and what’s more, they also contain lots of healthy omega 3 fat.
