


Wild Garlic Pesto Bundle
Includes 50g of foraged wild garlic, 1 lemon, 1 x garlic bulb, 100ml Mini Honest Toil extra virgin olive oil
Make this delicious seasonal treat to make a flavourful pesto.
50g wild garlic
juice & zest of half a lemon
small clove of garlic crushed
25g of parmesan/vegan alternative
25g pine nuts (also works well with sunflower seeds, walnuts, and blanched almonds too.)
salt to taste
50ml of extra virgin olive oil
Using a food processor whizz the wild garlic, parmesan, garlic clove, lemon zest, and pine nuts to a rough paste in a food processor.
Season with salt, with the food processor still running add the oil, taste again, then add the lemon. Place in a clear jar. The pesto will keep well in the fridge for a couple of weeks.
